PATRIMONIO GALLERY provides an assurance that each piece of art, which we offer for sale on the site, is a genuine work of the artist listed. All our works of art are sourced either directly from the artists or from the client who is in lawful possession of the artwork. Wherever required the artworks are further screened and authenticated by affiliated experts and/or art industry peoples.

Patrimonio Gallery takes utmost care in providing you only original and authentic artworks however, in the event that any item, which you purchased from Patrimonio Gallery, is subsequently proven to be unauthentic, Patrimonio Gallery will refund the sale price excluding the shipping costs and taxes paid by you. These cases will be handled on a case-by-case basis and requires that an established authority provide examinable proof of questionable authenticity. Patrimonio Gallery reserves its right without any limitation to reject the claim of the customer. The decision of Patrimonio Gallery in respect authenticity of a particular artwork shall be final and the customer hereby agrees to submit to the decision of the Patrimonio Gallery.

This guarantee holds for one year after the purchase of the original artwork from Patrimonio Gallery, if:

1. Only the actual buyer makes the claim (The benefit of the claim is not assignable to any other person). This Authenticity comes to an end if the customer has created any third party rights.
2. The item is returned in the same condition that it was in, at the time of purchase
3. The item was indisputably purchased from us; and
4. At the time of sale, there was no technique available which could have helped us determine that the item was not authentic.
